These prints by Philip Howard, owner of Village Craftsmen, begin as pen and ink sketches of Outer Banks lighthouses and other local scenes.  Philip then watercolors each sketch before having it printed.  Each print is 3" X 4 1/2" and is mounted in a standard 5" X 7"grey mat.
